All sales are final.  We do not offer returns or refunds. For order cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase date.

We only replace items if they are damaged upon arrival.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are packaged and sent to our mail courier within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Once your package has shipped, we have no control over the speed at which they are delivered. Please remember that all couriers have been slower since the start of the pandemic.

  • Disclaimer. We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been delivered. Please have your package sent to a secure location. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong shipping address. Any packages lost due to the incorrect address being provided will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees incurred from reshipping a returned package will be your responsibility.

We cannot guarantee what duties or taxes you may or may not be charged. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside your country. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all additional charges such as import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.
