Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at metamorphosenewyork@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via metamorphosenewyork@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to eight days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Can I return or exchange an item?
For order cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase date.Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to raise your return.

You are responsible for the costs of return. Please contact our Customer Service team at metamorphosenewyork@gmail.com and they’ll send you the address where to return the product.

For the return to be accepted, the products must be in perfect condition, in their original case, unopened and unused. All gifts received must be returned too.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via metamorphosenewyork@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Where are metamorphose products manufactured?
All metamorphose products are formulated and manufactured in New York.

Are metamorphose products made from natural ingredients?
Nature is our philosophy. Our products are 100% natural, 98,7% organic and of plant origin.

Are metamorphose products comedogenic?
Our Dry Oil Formula is non-comedogenic. But our Candle and Lip Oil are richer formulas.

Can metamorphose products be used by children?
Metamorphose does not offer products for babies (under 3 years old). Since our product is 100% of natural origin, your children over 3 years old can use it safely.

Can metamorphose products be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Expecting a child and breastfeeding are exceptional life moments that require special attention. Since our product are 100% of natural origin, you can use them safely. Especially for the prevention of stretch marks (belly), and dry patches.

Are metamorphose products vegan?
Our products are Vegan because they do not contain any ingredients of animal origin.

Are metamorphose products tested on animals?
Metamorphose does not test any of its products on animals.

Do metamorphose products contain phenoxyethanol?
At metamorphose, we do not compromise on your safety. Our products do not contain phenoxyethanol.

Do metamorphose skincare products contain alcohol?
No, our products do not contain alcohol.

Do metamorphose products contain allergens?
Our Dry Oil and Candles contain ALL naturel plant-based aromatic blend of essential and natural perfume oils fragrance.

How long can I keep my product after opening?
We recommend that you keep your product for up to 12 months after opening, under normal storage conditions and not exposed to extreme temperatures.

In what order should I apply my skincare routine?
Start by gently removing your makeup.

Follow with a thorough cleansing.

Apply your lotion or toner (according to your routine).

Apply your concentrate and/or serum (according to your routine).

Gently pat your eye contour to help it absorb.

Finish by applying your metamorphose dry oil to your face, using both hands, starting from the center and moving outward (avoiding the eye area). Don't forget to extend the application to your neck and décolletage.

Men will also love our metamorphose dry oil as a beard care product to make it soft and silky.

Can I apply makeup after using metamorphose dry oil on my face?
Yes, it is entirely possible to apply makeup over our dry oil. Its dry oil texture is quickly absorbed after application. By hydrating the skin, it can even enhance the appearance of your makeup.

How to properly hydrate my lips?
Lips lack a protective hydro-lipid film, making them prone to dehydration. It's important to apply hydrating lip care products daily.

We offer a wonderful product specifically designed for lip care:

Metamorphose lip oil: This oil hydrates, repairs, and protects your lips on a daily basis. It's convenient to carry with you and provides close protection for dry or damaged lips.

Note that our lip oil can also be used as a nighttime lip mask by applying a generous amount to the lips before bedtime.

How to remove makeup?
Removing makeup every evening is essential to maintain fresh and clear skin.

Oils are ideal for gently removing makeup from the face and eyes. Oil dissolves makeup residues (which are often oily in nature), and these residues are then washed away during rinsing. There are oils formulated specifically for this purpose, known as cleansing oils. They are particularly effective at removing even the most stubborn (waterproof) makeup and have the advantage of rinsing off easily, leaving the skin soft and comfortable without any residual greasy film.

How to hydrate my body?
The essential step to hydrate your body is to first ensure you're drinking enough water every day (at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water). Then, use your metamorphose dry oil. This will motivate you to use it daily.

How to use metamorphose dry oil on the body?
On the body, apply your metamorphose dry oil using circular motions (chest, legs, arms...) and pay special attention to the driest areas and/or those prone to stretch marks. Your skin will be nourished, repaired, and softened.

Our tip: apply it to slightly damp skin after showering. It will penetrate even more quickly.

You can also use metamorphose dry oil or Candle oil as a finishing touch to a manicure; it evens out the nail's contour, moisturizes, and improves the appearance of the cuticles.

Which body products are suitable for atopic skin?
Atopic skin is characterized by a permanent lack of lipids in the skin, making it very dry, prone to constant tightness, and potentially reactive. This is often the case with eczema- prone skin. Atopic skin requires extremely gentle cleansing products and ultra-nourishing skincare rich in lipids. Our natural dry oil can help soothe this type of skin.

How to use metamorphose dry oil on hair?
For hair, spray 1 to 2 pumps into the palm of your hand and apply to the lengths and ends as often as needed. For an intensive treatment, use it 1 to 2 times a week as a hair mask on the entire head of hair. Leave it on for at least 10 minutes before shampooing.
